D.R. Horton is currently seeking an Online Sales Concierge to join its team in the Aubrey, TX location. This full-time, onsite role is vital in converting online leads into actual in-person visits and sales, bridging the gap between digital interest and physical home buying engagements. The ideal Online Sales Concierge will be experienced in managing internet leads, providing excellent customer service, and effectively qualifying leads to ensure they have the potential to convert into genuine sales opportunities. The role demands excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple channels of communication, including online interactions, live chat, and telephone. The candidate will be responsible for using CRM databases to track and update client information and generate monthly sales and marketing analytics reports to support business decisions. Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies
- ensure a positive experience to all potential customers whether online, live chat or by phone
- convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives
- enter and update information in a customer management database
- exercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads that have the potential to become genuine sales opportunities
- produce monthly sales and marketing reports including Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, and Marketing and Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis
- generate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, source, etc.
- maintain current knowledge of communities, product, plans and amenities
- generate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads through telephone, email, and mail
- coordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials to prospective clients
- conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
- ability to work overtime
- minimal overnight travel may be required for training purposes
