Currently, D.R. Horton is seeking an Online Sales Concierge to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial in converting internet leads into onsite visits and sales, acting as a key liaison between potential customers and the onsite sales representatives. The Online Sales Concierge will manage incoming internet leads, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all prospective homebuyers through various channels including online platforms, live chat, and phone communications.

The position involves entering and updating lead information in a customer management database, applying qualification skills to identify genuine sales opportunities, and producing detailed monthly sales and marketing reports. The role requires a proactive individual who can analyze website traffic and lead sources, maintain current knowledge about the company’s communities, product plans, and amenities, and generate new customer opportunities through telephone, email, and mail campaigns.

Additionally, candidates must be prepared to coordinate mass mailings and handle all business communications with professionalism and ethical standards to enhance customer goodwill and company profitability. The role may require occasional overtime and minimal overnight travel for training purposes. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three years of related experience and/or training
  • Superb interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Provide attention to detail and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
  • Proficiency with MS Office and email
  • Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday
  • use hands and fingers to handle or feel
  • reach with hands and arms
  • talk and hear
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision and peripheral vision
  • Ability to work in a moderate noise level environment

Job Duties

  • Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies
  • Ensure a positive experience to all potential customers whether online, live chat or by phone
  • Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives
  • Enter and update information in a customer management database
  • Exercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads that have the potential to become genuine sales opportunities
  • Responsible for producing monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, and Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis)
  • Generate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, source, etc.
  • Maintain current knowledge of communities, product, plans and amenities
  • Generate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads through telephone, email, and mail
  • Coordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials to prospective clients
  • Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Minimal overnight travel may be required for training purposes
