D.R. Horton is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Sales Concierge to join their dynamic team in Edmond, Oklahoma. This full-time position in the sales organization plays a crucial role in converting internet leads into showroom traffic and ultimately into sales. The Online Sales Concierge will work closely with onsite Sales Representatives to schedule appointments and foster positive experiences for potential homebuyers via online platforms, phone calls, and live chat. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be well-organized, and possess the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

The role centers around managing incoming internet leads from the company website and outsourced sources, qualifying those leads to identify genuine sales opportunities, and ensuring an excellent customer interaction at every point of contact. In addition to converting leads, the Online Sales Concierge is responsible for maintaining up-to-date customer data within the company’s customer management database and generating monthly reports analyzing sales performance, marketing efficiency, and website traffic patterns. As a key bridge between marketing efforts and the onsite sales team, this individual will help maximize the company's reach and impact in the housing market.

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies
  • ensure a positive experience to all potential customers whether online, live chat or by phone
  • convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives
  • enter and update information in a customer management database
  • exercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads that have the potential to become genuine sales opportunities
  • responsible for producing monthly sales and marketing reports including Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, and Marketing and Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis
  • generate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, source, etc
  • maintain current knowledge of communities, product, plans and amenities
  • generate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads through telephone, email, and mail
  • coordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials to prospective clients
  • conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner
  • ability to work overtime
  • minimal overnight travel may be required for training purposes
