Currently, D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Online Sales Concierge to join their team in Nevada-Henderson. This full-time position is integral to the sales process, focusing on converting online internet leads into onsite traffic and sales. The Online Sales Concierge is responsible for managing inbound internet inquiries from both the company's website and external outsourced sources. The role demands providing all potential customers with a positive, engaging experience whether they connect via live chat, phone, or online. The candidate will play a critical role in qualifying leads and setting appointments with onsite sales representatives, acting as a vital link between potential buyers and the sales team.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow through on multiple responsibilities simultaneously. The Online Sales Concierge is also tasked with maintaining up-to-date knowledge about community developments, product lines, home plans, and amenities to effectively communicate with prospects. Additionally, the role involves generating monthly sales and marketing performance reports, analyzing website traffic data, and assisting in the coordination of mass mailings to potential clients.

Job Duties

  • Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies
  • ensure a positive experience to all potential customers whether online, live chat or by phone
  • convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives
  • enter and update information in a customer management database
  • exercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads that have the potential to become genuine sales opportunities
  • responsible for producing monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, and Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis)
  • generate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, source, etc.
  • maintain current knowledge of communities, product, plans and amenities
  • generate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads through telephone, email, and mail
  • coordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials to prospective clients
  • conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
  • ability to work overtime
  • minimal travel may be required for training purposes
