D.R. Horton is currently recruiting for the position of Online Sales Concierge based in Knoxville, Tennessee. This full-time role is focused on converting internet leads into onsite visits and sales, making it a crucial part of the company’s sales strategy. The Online Sales Concierge is responsible for managing all incoming leads from the company website and other outsourced sources. This position demands excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure all prospective customers experience a positive and professional interaction regardless of whether contact is made via online chat, phone, or email.
The ideal candidate will specialize in qualifying leads to identify genuine sales opportunities, converting those leads into appointments with onsite sales representatives. They will maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the customer management database, track sales and marketing performance through reports, and analyze divisional website traffic to optimize lead generation strategies. In addition, the Online Sales Concierge will stay well-informed about the communities, products, plans, and amenities offered by D.R. Horton to provide knowledgeable support to potential clients.
This role is based in the office from Monday through Friday with a weekend rotation and requires the ability to work overtime when necessary. Candidates must be local to the Knoxville area due to the operational and client-facing nature of the job. Job Duties
- Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies
- ensure a positive experience to all potential customers whether online, live chat or by phone
- convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives
- enter and update information in a customer management database
- exercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads that have the potential to become genuine sales opportunities
- produce monthly sales and marketing reports including Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, and Marketing and Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis
- generate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, source, etc.
- maintain current knowledge of communities, product, plans and amenities
- generate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads through telephone, email, and mail
- coordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials to prospective clients
- conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
