D.R. Horton is currently seeking an Online Sales Concierge to join its dynamic sales team. This full-time role plays a critical part in converting internet leads into onsite visits and sales, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels such as live chat, phone, and email. The Online Sales Concierge is responsible for managing all incoming internet leads from both the company's website and outsourced sources. The ideal candidate will skillfully qualify leads, ensuring that genuine prospects progress towards becoming genuine sales opportunities by coordinating appointments with onsite sales representatives. The role also involves maintaining a customer management database, generating monthly sales and marketing performance reports, and analyzing website traffic to optimize lead conversion efforts.

This position requires a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct to foster positive customer relations and contribute to the company's profitability and reputation. The Online Sales Concierge must stay well-informed about the company's communities, products, plans, and amenities to answer inquiries with authority and precision.   • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three years of related experience and/or training
  • Superb interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Provide attention to detail and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
  • Proficiency with MS Office and email

Job Duties

  • Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies
  • Ensure a positive experience to all potential customers whether online, live chat or by phone
  • Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite sales representatives
  • Enter and update information in a customer management database
  • Exercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads that have the potential to become genuine sales opportunities
  • Responsible for producing monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, and Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis)
  • Generate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, source, etc.
  • Maintain current knowledge of communities, product, plans and amenities
  • Generate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads through telephone, email, and mail
  • Coordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials to prospective clients
  • Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
  • Ability to work overtime
