We are currently seeking a dedicated Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to join our dynamic e-commerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for selecting and gathering products for customers' online orders with utmost attention to freshness and quality. The successful candidate will assemble and process orders, handle payments, process coupons, and provide excellent customer service by efficiently delivering and loading orders to customers' cars upon arrival. This position is essential in maintaining an enjoyable and hassle-free shopping experience that encourages customers to return to our online platform. You will also be expected to enforce safety and food handling guidelines while collaborating closely with in-store teams to ensure order accuracy and optimal product storage. The role demands strong communication skills for customer interaction, adherence to company policies for quality standards, and the ability to work cooperatively in high-paced scenarios. Additionally, you will assist in training new team members and contribute to upholding productivity and organizational standards. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in customer service preferred
ability to communicate effectively
ability to follow safety and food handling procedures

basic proficiency with point of sale systems

Job Duties

Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payment
deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive for pick up
scan and bag orders on the go following bagging standards
communicate substitutions or exceptions to customer's order at time of pick-up
meet and exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
adhere to laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
