Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderately heavy items
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow company policies and food safety procedures
Customer service orientation and ability to manage conflict professionally
Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

Ability to work without supervision
Ability to read shelf tags
Basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience as a personal shopper or in a production, warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashier role preferred

Job Duties

Select and gather products for customers' online orders with attention to freshness and quality
Assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payments
Deliver and load orders to customers' cars at store pick-up
Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards
Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up
Ensure order accuracy and quality control
Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment
Report discrepancies and equipment needs to supervisors
Perform opening and closing procedures
Assist in training new e-Commerce team members
Meet or exceed productivity standards
Manage customer interactions professionally and courteously
