Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- good physical condition to lift and carry banquet-related items
- willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- basic communication skills in English
- ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines promptly
Job Qualifications
- three to six months of related experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- strong customer service skills with the ability to manage difficult or emotional situations
- ability to respond promptly to guest needs
- ability to meet work schedule demands including occasional outside regular hours
