Aimbridge Hospitality emphasizes creating rewarding workplace environments alongside optimizing guest satisfaction and operational profitability.\n\nOur hotel, managed by Aimbridge Hospitality, boasts a prime location directly across from Austin Straubel International Airport and is only four miles from Lambeau Field, the iconic home of the Green Bay Packers. Guests enjoy convenient access to entertainment and leisure options, including the Oneida Casino connected via an interior walkway and Thornberry Creek golf club less than seven miles away, offering a rich blend of business and leisure amenities. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards in hospitality, providing a warm and professional atmosphere for both guests and employees.\n\nThe Room Reservationist role is a crucial position in our operations, responsible for managing reservations with a friendly, efficient, and service-oriented approach. This role plays a key part in maximizing room revenue and the average room rate by quoting appropriate rates aligned with Aimbridge Hospitality standards. The Reservationist will work closely with both guests and internal teams to ensure a seamless booking experience while supporting key revenue management strategies. The position involves a variety of duties, including answering guest inquiries, booking reservations, managing availability, handling special reservations such as VIP bookings, packages, and discounts, and maintaining accurate records and reports.\n\nAdditionally, the Room Reservationist participates in monthly Rooms Merchandising meetings to provide insights and updates that help optimize room revenue. Effective communication and collaboration with the Sales Department are essential, especially concerning group bookings and related agreements. The role demands a high level of professionalism, composure under pressure, and the ability to swiftly and accurately evaluate alternative courses of action. The Reservationist also supports other departments by assisting at the front desk when necessary and performing forecasting and monitoring sales activities to anticipate potential challenges.\n\nCandidates for this position should expect to maintain a polished appearance while adhering to Aimbridge Hospitality's operational standards, including uniform and grooming guidelines. Regular attendance and punctuality are vital, reflecting the dynamic scheduling requirements of the hotel. In return, the company offers a competitive benefits package for full-time staff, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, disability income protection, life insurance, paid time off, an employee assistance program, and a 401k retirement plan.
