Job Description

Our hotel is a premier hospitality establishment situated in a convenient location directly across from Austin Straubel International Airport (GRB) and roughly four miles from the iconic Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers. The hotel offers guests a unique blend of comfort and excitement, with easy access to the thrill of Oneida Casino, connected internally via a walkway, and the refreshing outdoor experience of Thornberry Creek at Oneida golf course, located less than seven miles away. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional guest experiences through a welcoming atmosphere, top-tier service, and a team that values dedication and attention to detail.

We are currently seeking a part-time House Attendant to join our dynamic team. This position is strictly scheduled for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to a vibrant hospitality environment during the peak weekend hours. The House Attendant role is integral to maintaining the impeccable standards of cleanliness and guest service our hotel is known for. As a House Attendant, you will be the behind-the-scenes hero guaranteeing sparkling public areas and facilities, greeting and assisting guests with a warm and genuine smile, supporting the housekeeping team in day-to-day operations, and playing a key role in event setup and execution.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong physical stamina to handle demanding tasks, and a passion for creating positive experiences for all hotel guests. Our House Attendants are responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all public spaces including lobbies, restrooms, carpets, and furniture, ensuring every corner shines. You will also be a crucial part of the guest experience, responding promptly and courteously to requests, delivering items and services that reflect the highest standards of hospitality. On event days, you will assist in setting up meeting rooms and special events, ensuring seamless arrangements that meet the needs of our guests and event planners.

Safety and security are paramount; hence, the House Attendant acts as a steward for safeguarding sensitive areas, responsibly managing lost-and-found items, and adhering to safe work practices to prevent injuries and uphold a secure environment. This role is perfect for someone who can stay calm under pressure, adapt quickly to changing circumstances, and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.

We offer a competitive benefits package for full-time positions including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and more. Additionally, for this role, we are excited to offer daily pay options after a short waiting period, reflecting our commitment to valuing our staff. If you are detail-oriented, service-minded, and eager to be part of a community-focused hotel that prioritizes guest satisfaction, we encourage you to apply and make a meaningful impact in a thriving hospitality setting.
