We are currently seeking enthusiastic and personable individuals to join our team as Front Desk Agents. This role is part-time, with available shifts in the early morning (a.m.) and late afternoon/evening (p.m.), perfect for those seeking a flexible schedule. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in shaping their entire experience. The ideal candidate will be the ultimate guest experience guru, excelling in extending warm welcomes, managing smooth check-ins and check-outs, and providing friendly, efficient service with every interaction.

In this role, you will be the face of our hotel—engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met in a manner that exceeds expectations. Your ability to communicate clearly, handle reservations, manage requests, and resolve issues quickly and effectively will keep the front desk running like a well-oiled machine. Beyond routine tasks, you will be the hospitality ninja who can multitask effortlessly, responding gracefully to surprises and challenges that come your way throughout the shift. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with hotel management software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Capable of handling guest complaints and resolving conflicts peacefully
