Job Description

We are thrilled to invite enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Food Runners in our dynamic full-service restaurant, located within a vibrant hotel property in close proximity to the Austin Straubel International Airport and the iconic Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers. Our hotel is a hub of activity, offering guests a unique combination of convenient airport access, thrilling casino entertainment through Oneida Casino, and exceptional outdoor experiences including a renowned golf course at Thornberry Creek at Oneida. As a part of our esteemed hospitality group, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

Our Food Runner role is essential in maintaining the smooth flow of operations within our restaurant. This position is perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy being an integral part of a team committed to excellence. The Food Runner acts as the vital link between the kitchen and the dining floor, ensuring that every dish and beverage arrives promptly, accurately, and presented beautifully. You will be working hand in hand with servers and kitchen staff, attending to guest requests with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

As a Food Runner, you are the behind-the-scenes hero who enhances the dining experience by anticipating needs and delivering with enthusiasm. You will be responsible for preparing presentation baskets, confirming order accuracy, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of service areas. Your knowledge of the menu, specials, and beverage offerings will empower you to assist servers in answering guest questions and making recommendations, thereby elevating customer satisfaction. This role also demands physical stamina as you will be required to lift and carry items, and stand or walk for extended periods.

Employment with us offers a full-time opportunity with a comprehensive benefits package available after an initial waiting period. This includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, short-term and long-term disability income, term life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, an employee assistance program, and a 401k retirement plan. We are also excited to offer a unique Daily Pay option to help you manage your finances more flexibly. We are committed to supporting your growth and well-being as you develop your career within our hospitality family. If you are passionate about service and ready to contribute to a thriving restaurant environment, we encourage you to apply and become a valued member of our team!
