Our hotel is a hub of activity, offering guests a unique combination of convenient airport access, thrilling casino entertainment through Oneida Casino, and exceptional outdoor experiences including a renowned golf course at Thornberry Creek at Oneida. Our Food Runner role is essential in maintaining the smooth flow of operations within our restaurant. The Food Runner acts as the vital link between the kitchen and the dining floor, ensuring that every dish and beverage arrives promptly, accurately, and presented beautifully. You will be working hand in hand with servers and kitchen staff, attending to guest requests with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

As a Food Runner, you are the behind-the-scenes hero who enhances the dining experience by anticipating needs and delivering with enthusiasm. You will be responsible for preparing presentation baskets, confirming order accuracy, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of service areas. Your knowledge of the menu, specials, and beverage offerings will empower you to assist servers in answering guest questions and making recommendations, thereby elevating customer satisfaction. This role also demands physical stamina as you will be required to lift and carry items, and stand or walk for extended periods.
