Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year progressive experience in a hotel or related field required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Alcohol Awareness Certification must comply with state regulations
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities required
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate initiative required
- Strong proficiency in financial tasks and arithmetic required
Job Qualifications

- College coursework in hospitality or related fields is a plus

Job Duties
- Lead the charge in setting up, servicing, and breaking down banquet events according to Banquet Event Orders
- Uphold high standards in team appearance, service, and safety while ensuring compliance with policies and liquor laws
- Rally the banquet team, assign tasks, conduct pre-event meetings, and assist in training new staff
- Act as the liaison between Sales, Catering, and guests to swiftly resolve complaints and maintain guest satisfaction
- Manage event schedules, wage reports, inventory, beverage service, and oversee financial transactions including checks and cash
- Assist with audio/visual support, attend meetings, manage lost and found items, and maintain security in sensitive areas
- Represent the company professionally at all times, demonstrating integrity and leadership
