This vibrant hotel combines accessibility, entertainment, and outdoor recreation to provide guests with an unmatched experience. Our team prides itself on delivering excellent service in a dynamic and inviting environment, making every visit memorable for our guests.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Banquets Captain to join our hospitality team. This pivotal role makes you the maestro behind the scenes and at the forefront of the action, orchestrating every detail of banquet events from start to finish. As the Banquets Captain, you will lead and manage the banquet staff to ensure flawless execution of events, consistently adhering to the Banquet Event Orders. Your leadership will be crucial in rallying the team, assigning tasks, and overseeing setup, service, and breakdown. You will uphold the highest standards in appearance, service, safety, and compliance with liquor laws, serving as an expert resource on policies and procedures.

This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, capable of operating efficiently under pressure. You will act as the vital link bridging Sales, Catering, and guests to ensure satisfaction, quickly addressing any issues or guest concerns while preventing accidents and maintaining a secure event environment. Flexibility and a willingness to assist in diverse tasks, from audio-visual support to managing lost and found, are essential attributes. This role offers an excellent chance to shine in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting where energy and attention to detail are valued.

Employees hired into full-time positions are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package after the initial waiting period, which includes daily pay options, medical, dental, and vision coverage, various forms of insurance, paid time off, an employee assistance program, and a 401k retirement plan.
