This opportunity is designed for immediate hire and offers a year-round leadership position at one of New England’s most iconic destinations, providing not only the chance to work in a vibrant community but also to grow within an ambitious and rapidly expanding hospitality organization. The position comes with a competitive base salary starting at $100,000, dependent on experience, complemented by performance bonuses, relocation assistance, and housing support to facilitate a smooth transition to Provincetown. The role also offers an attractive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Joining this hospitality group means being part of a team that values professional development and team culture as much as guest satisfaction. The Executive Chef will be expected to lead by example, fostering a positive, inclusive kitchen culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and delivering memorable dining experiences. You will work closely with ownership and operational leadership to align the culinary strategy with business objectives, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service across all periods. The role also supports private events and catering initiatives, offering further opportunities for growth and creative expression within the expanding portfolio.

In summary, this Executive Chef role is perfect for a dynamic culinary leader who is excited by the challenge of launching a new concept in a renowned hospitality market. It offers a unique chance to influence every aspect of the culinary operation, from menu creation to team building, all within a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
