With over 25 years of experience, Genmab combines expertise in antibody technology platforms with translational, quantitative, and data sciences to create groundbreaking medicines designed to transform cancer care and treat serious diseases. Their vision is to revolutionize these fields by 2030 with Knock-Your-Socks-Off (KYSO) antibody medicines that have a significant impact on patients and their families. Genmab’s culture is characterized by compassion, purpose, authenticity, and determination, fostering a workplace where unique contributions drive innovative solutions in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

The role available is that of an Oncology Account Manager, a pivotal position within Genmab’s U.S. team responsible for building and maintaining strong professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders including private practices, medical group practices, hospitals, academic medical centers, and ancillary staff involved in cancer patient care. The role also involves superior territory management, creative access strategies to healthcare professionals in a shifting landscape, and fostering teamwork by sharing knowledge and resources. Budget and resource management within the territory is a key responsibility, alongside strict adherence to all relevant laws and policies governing Genmab’s operations in the U.S.

This role offers a competitive salary band between $160,000 and $240,000, contingent on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, with additional potential incentives such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives. Joining Genmab offers a comprehensive benefits package focused on physical, financial, social, and emotional wellness, including a 401(k) plan with a 100% match on the first 6% of contributions, multiple medical, dental and vision insurance plan options, voluntary critical illness and accident insurance plans, paid time off including parental leave, support resources like backup care and wellness tools, as well as additional perks such as commuter benefits and tuition reimbursement.

Ideal candidates are passionate about Genmab’s purpose, bring precision and excellence, embrace a science-based problem-solving approach, and excel as collaborative team players. Experience in fast-growing, dynamic companies is valued, along with the ability to work hard while enjoying the process.
