The starting hourly rate for this role is $15.00 USD. As an On-Demand Team Member (TM), you have the freedom to work as much or as little as you want by selecting shifts that suit you via the myTime mobile scheduling app. This position is ideal for individuals seeking a personalized work schedule that accommodates other commitments while still engaging in a dynamic retail environment.

The Guest Advocate role at Target is pivotal to delivering exceptional customer service experiences. On any given day, a Guest Advocate may greet guests, assist with product inquiries, provide support for digital and in-store services, and facilitate smooth checkout experiences. You will be empowered to help guests with various store functions including gift registry, pick-up, drive-up orders, and loyalty program enrollments.
