- minimum age of 16 years
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- ability to climb ladders safely
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times
- capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- active communication using multiple frequency devices
- must pick up and work shifts at least once every four weeks
- ability to work in varying temperature and humidity conditions
- willingness to participate in short-term structured training

- administrative termination if no shifts worked within 5 months
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail experience preferred but not required
- ability to use handheld scanners and mobile apps
- strong communication skills
- ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- basic knowledge of retail sales and inventory management
- capable of operating power equipment with certification
