Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance when picking up shifts
- Must work at least one shift every four weeks
- Physical ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Capability to stand and remain mobile for entire shift durations
- Must respond to company contacts to confirm interest in shifts
- Adherence to safety and compliance policies at all times
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required
- Effective communication skills including positive language and attentiveness
- Ability to remain composed and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with technology and handheld scanning devices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new training and store policies
Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- Engage with guests in a helpful manner to solve specific needs
- Promote and assist with Target Loyalty programs and store services
- Efficiently scan and bag guest items while maintaining food safety standards
- Help maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support order pickup, drive-up, and registry guest services accurately
