Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physically able to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Active engagement by picking up shifts regularly
- Compliance with Target policies and procedures

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus

Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide a welcoming experience

- Support in-store and digital services and help guests use these features
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow safety policies and assist with cash office operations as needed
