Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physically able to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Active engagement by picking up shifts regularly

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable using mobile apps and technology
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different guest interactions
Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide a welcoming experience
- Assist guests at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive-up
- Communicate effectively to resolve guest concerns and promote loyalty programs
- Scan and bag guest items accurately and efficiently
- Support in-store and digital services and help guests use these features
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow safety policies and assist with cash office operations as needed
