Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
  • capable of lifting and moving up to 44 pounds safely
  • flexibility to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • access to a smartphone or device for using the myTime scheduling app
  • willingness to attend orientation and complete training
  • compliance with all safety policies and procedures
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

  • guide guests on using digital tools like the Target App and Wallet
  • handle returns and resolve guest concerns following company policies
  • support order pickup, drive-up, and registry services
  • maintain clean and organized work areas
  • stock supplies during store hours

  • assist cash office operations as needed
