Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- reliable transportation
- ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
- capable of lifting and moving up to 44 pounds safely
- flexibility to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- access to a smartphone or device for using the myTime scheduling app
- willingness to attend orientation and complete training
- compliance with all safety policies and procedures
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to solve their specific needs
- be knowledgeable about products, tools, and services to improve the guest experience
- thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target
- scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
- minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality
- inform guests about current store activities and brand launches
- promote Target loyalty programs and assist with enrollment
- guide guests on using digital tools like the Target App and Wallet
- handle returns and resolve guest concerns following company policies
- support order pickup, drive-up, and registry services
- maintain clean and organized work areas
- stock supplies during store hours
- practice safety and compliance
- assist cash office operations as needed
- escalate issues to leaders when necessary
