Job Requirements
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable attendance and promptness
- must pick up and work shifts at least once every four weeks
- respond timely to communication regarding shift availability
- ability to work in varying temperature conditions including outdoor elements
- capacity to remain physically active and mobile for the duration of shifts
- compliance with safety and company policies
- willingness to complete orientation and training as required
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- proficiency in using mobile scheduling apps and technology tools
- positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
- capability to handle cash transactions accurately
- physical ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds occasionally
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and assist with their needs in a welcoming manner
- operate cash registers accurately and handle cash transactions proficiently
- scan and bag items efficiently following food safety and company standards
- promote loyalty programs, store services, and special events to guests
- manage returns and exchanges according to company policies and provide solutions to guest concerns
- support order pick-up, Drive Up, and registry services ensuring smooth and accurate processing
- maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while adhering to safety regulations
