Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times
- ability to lift or move merchandise ranging from 10 to 44 pounds safely
- active engagement by picking up and working shifts at least once every four weeks
- must work at least one shift within five months
- ability to work in varying temperatures and remain mobile for the duration of a shift
- compliance with all safety policies and training
- able to communicate via multiple frequency devices
Job Qualifications
- effective communication skills including positive language and attentiveness to guests
- ability to remain composed and focused in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to solve their specific needs
- be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the store to improve guest experience
- scan and bag guest items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices
- minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy
- make guests aware of current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events
