Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • reliable and prompt attendance
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times
  • ability to lift or move merchandise ranging from 10 to 44 pounds safely
  • active engagement by picking up and working shifts at least once every four weeks
  • must work at least one shift within five months
  • ability to work in varying temperatures and remain mobile for the duration of a shift
  • compliance with all safety policies and training
  • able to communicate via multiple frequency devices
