Job Requirements
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must pick up and work shifts at least once every four weeks
- Respond promptly to communication from management
- Ability to handle cash register operations accurately
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Ability to work in varied temperature and environmental conditions
- Completion of Target Welcome orientation and training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to use positive language

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests while performing daily tasks
- Assist guests in a friendly and helpful manner to solve their needs
- Operate cash registers and efficiently scan and bag items while ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Inform guests about loyalty programs, store events, and digital services
- Manage returns and resolve guest concerns by following company policies
- Support order pick-up, drive-up services, and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
