Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to handle cash register operations accurately
- capability to scan, handle, and move merchandise safely including lifting up to 44 pounds
- flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable attendance and active engagement in shift scheduling
- ability to work in varying temperatures and remain mobile throughout shifts
- compliance with safety and ethical conduct standards

Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide a welcoming experience during daily tasks
- engage with guests to assist and solve specific needs
- efficiently scan and bag guest items with accuracy and compliance to food safety
- promote and assist with Target Loyalty programs and store services
- handle returns and resolve guest concerns following company policies
- support order pickup, drive-up, and registry guest services
- maintain a clean and safe work area ensuring compliance with safety policies
