Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- ability to remain mobile throughout shift
- responsive to scheduling communications
- must work at least one shift every five months
- compliance with company safety and ethical policies
- ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions

Job Duties
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- engage with guests to solve specific needs and improve their experience
- be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available to assist guests
- scan and bag all guest items efficiently and accurately
- make guests aware of loyalty programs and assist with enrollment
- support order pick-up, drive-up, and gift registry services
- maintain a clean and clutter free work area
- comply with safety policies and report hazards
- assist with cash register and cash office operations
- partner with leaders to de-escalate situations and ensure compliance with laws and policies
