Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • reliable and prompt attendance
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
  • ability to remain mobile throughout shift
  • responsive to scheduling communications
  • must work at least one shift every five months
  • compliance with company safety and ethical policies
  • ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
  • create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
  • engage with guests to solve specific needs and improve their experience
  • be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available to assist guests
  • scan and bag all guest items efficiently and accurately
  • make guests aware of loyalty programs and assist with enrollment
  • support order pick-up, drive-up, and gift registry services
  • maintain a clean and clutter free work area
  • comply with safety policies and report hazards
  • assist with cash register and cash office operations
  • partner with leaders to de-escalate situations and ensure compliance with laws and policies
