Job Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance
- Ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must respond to contact attempts for shift confirmations
- Must work at least one shift every five months to maintain employment
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions
- Completion of required onboarding and training sessions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of technology and handheld devices
- Customer service or retail experience preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Greet guests and create a welcoming experience
- Assist guests with their needs and resolve shopping concerns
- Promote Target loyalty programs and digital services
- Scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
- Support order pickup, drive-up, and registry services
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow company policies and procedures including cash office operations
