Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively using positive language and attentiveness
- Capability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Competence in using mobile scheduling apps and technology devices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills for cash handling
Job Duties
- Greet and engage guests to ensure a welcoming shopping experience
- Assist guests with inquiries and resolve concerns promptly while following company policies
- Efficiently scan and bag guest items maintaining accuracy and complying with food safety standards
- Promote and assist guests with Target loyalty programs, store activities, and digital services including Order Pick Up and Drive Up
- Maintain a clean and clutter-free work area, restock supplies during store hours
- Support cash office processes and manage cash register operations accurately
- Collaborate with leaders to de-escalate situations and recover guest experiences
