As an On-Demand Team Member, you will be an integral part of Target’s guest service and engagement team. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer experiences by welcoming guests, responding promptly to their needs, and assisting with purchases and inquiries across both in-store and digital platforms. The role demands adaptability and proactive communication skills as you will be expected to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times. Attendance and active engagement are critical for continued employment.

You'll participate in a Target Welcome orientation and structured training to equip yourself with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in your role. Your daily duties may include assisting guests at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, order pick-up, and Drive Up services. You will also promote Target's loyalty programs and educate guests on app features and store offerings to enhance their shopping experience.

This role encourages team collaboration, ethical conduct, and compliance with all safety policies to maintain a safe and productive workplace. You will be required to manage cash register operations accurately and support cash office processes when needed.
