This role is an On-Demand Team Member position at Target, offering flexibility for individuals who seek control over their work schedule. Team members in this role are expected to demonstrate reliability and promptness when accepting shifts, with a minimum engagement of four hours of work every four weeks. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle cash register operations and cash transactions accurately
- Capability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds occasionally
- Flexibility to work varying hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance when picking up shifts
- Must work at least one shift within five months to maintain employment
- Must respond to contact attempts from leadership regarding shifts
- Ability to work in varying temperature and humidity conditions
- Strong communication skills and ability to use multiple frequency devices
- Ability to remain mobile throughout shift duration
Job Qualifications
- Effective communication skills including positive language
