Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to lift or move items up to 44 pounds occasionally
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- capable of standing and being mobile for entire shift duration
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- must complete Target orientation and training
- active engagement in picking up shifts at least once every 4 weeks
- responsive to communication from leadership
- able to work in varying temperature conditions
- compliant with safety policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- strong communication skills
- ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- comfortable using technology and handheld devices
