Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively and use positive language
- Capability to remain composed and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds occasionally
- Reliable attendance and active engagement in picking up shifts
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions
- Completion of required onboarding and training sessions
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Demonstrate a welcoming and helpful attitude
- Capable of multitasking and remaining focused in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with technology such as handheld scanners and mobile apps
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Create welcoming guest experiences by greeting and assisting shoppers
- Provide knowledgeable assistance on products, services, and loyalty programs
- Efficiently scan and bag guest items while complying with safety standards
- Process returns and resolve guest concerns following company policies
- Support order pick-up, drive-up, and registry guest services
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas and merchandise
- Comply with safety protocols and report hazards
