Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and provide a welcoming experience
  • engage with guests to solve needs and answer questions
  • scan and bag items efficiently and accurately
  • promote loyalty programs and assist with sign-up
  • manage returns and de-escalate situations as needed
  • support order pick-up, drive-up, and registry services
  • maintain a clean and organized work area
  • comply with safety policies and procedures
  • assist with cash office processes as needed
  • perform other duties based on store needs
