Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable transportation to store
- ability to lift up to 44 pounds occasionally
- must be able to stand and remain mobile for entire shifts
- active engagement with shift scheduling and communication

- ability to work in varying temperature conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- effective communication and problem-solving skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- familiarity with mobile and handheld technology
- customer service experience beneficial but not required
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide a welcoming experience
- engage with guests to solve needs and answer questions
- scan and bag items efficiently and accurately
- promote loyalty programs and assist with sign-up
- manage returns and de-escalate situations as needed
- support order pick-up, drive-up, and registry services
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- comply with safety policies and procedures
- assist with cash office processes as needed
- perform other duties based on store needs
