Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times
- Reliable transportation to reach the work location
- Physical ability to lift or move up to 44 pounds occasionally
- Ability to remain mobile during shifts
- Must pick up and work at least one shift every four weeks
- Respond promptly to communication from management
- Comply with all safety standards and company policies

- Basic knowledge of technology including handheld scanners and mobile apps

Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide a welcoming experience
- Assist guests with their specific needs and resolve concerns
- Promote and engage with Target's loyalty programs and services
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Support order pick up, Drive Up, and gift registry services
- Follow safety policies and ethical conduct standards
