Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds occasionally with assistance
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times
- Active engagement by picking up and working shifts at least once every four weeks
- Reliable and prompt attendance when shifts are picked up
- Capability to work in varying temperatures and physical conditions
- Ability to remain mobile during the entire duration of a scheduled shift
- Willingness to participate in orientation and training programs
- Comply with all company policies and safety practices
Job Qualifications
- Effective communication skills, including the use of positive language and attentiveness to guest needs
- Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to educate guests and engage around products and services
- Ability to operate handheld scanners and technology equipment
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Experience in customer service is preferred but not required
- Ability to accurately handle cash transactions
- Knowledge of store tools, products, and services is a plus

- Maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
- Support cash office processes and handle cash register operations
- Comply with safety policies and report hazards
- Partner with leaders to de-escalate situations and recover guest experience
