Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 44 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to and from work

Job Qualifications

- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus

- Basic technological proficiency to use handheld scanners and scheduling app
- Friendly and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Job Duties
- Welcoming guests and providing excellent customer service
- Assisting guests with questions and resolving concerns
- Efficiently scanning and bagging items while following safety standards
- Promoting Target loyalty programs and other store services
- Maintaining clean and organized work areas
- Supporting order pick-up, drive-up, and registry services
- Collaborating with team members and leaders to ensure smooth operations
