Your key responsibilities will revolve around delivering a high standard of guest service, supporting store operations, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. As a Guest Advocate within the On-Demand Team, you will be instrumental in welcoming guests, resolving their concerns, efficiently processing transactions, and promoting various Target services and programs such as loyalty memberships and mobile app features. This role requires a proactive approach to communication and teamwork, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, sometimes physically demanding environment.

Training and development are integral aspects of this role, with Target providing a comprehensive onboarding orientation and structured training schedule to prepare you for success.
