Although team members are not included on a fixed weekly schedule, reliable attendance and active engagement in shift selection are essential. Employment requires a minimum commitment of working a shift once every four weeks, with a minimum of four hours per shift. Failure to engage consistently or respond to communication attempts may lead to termination. This role requires participation in Target’s Welcome orientation and short-term structured training to ensure team members are well-prepared to succeed.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays
- physical capability to frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds
- reliable attendance and engagement in shift selection
- capability to work in various conditions including exposure to temperature and humidity
- willingness to participate in training
