The On Course Food and Beverage Supervisor position at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club / Adobe Bar Grille is a critical role designed to oversee the daily operations of the beverage cart and halfway house. Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with successful Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- Must be at least 21 years old due to alcohol service responsibilities
- Manager Level Food Certification required
- Title 4 AZ Liquor Certification - Manager Level required
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Ability to pass background check
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
- Ability to operate golf beverage carts safely
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum two (2) years of food and beverage experience, including golf on-course, beverage cart, halfway house, or similar hospitality settings
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality, food and beverage, golf, club, or restaurant environments
- Experience in guest service, sales, and revenue-generating operations
- Ability to coach, train, and motivate team members
- Knowledge of inventory management, cash handling, product controls, and operational accountability preferred
Job Duties
