The Part-time On Course Beverage Sales Associate position at JDM Golf is a fundamental role dedicated to increasing sales while ensuring an outstanding guest experience on the golf course. In this role, the associate is responsible for operating the beverage cart and the halfway house concession stand, promoting food and beverage sales, and maintaining high standards of hospitality service. The position also comes with a set of certifications and licenses that are mandatory for employment. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and pass a motor vehicle record check, be at least 21 years old due to the responsibilities related to alcohol service and golf cart operation, and hold both an Arizona Food Handler Certification and a Title 4 Arizona Liquor Certification. The role is physically demanding with responsibilities such as standing and walking for extended periods, lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Flexibility to work additional hours including weekends and holidays is expected to meet the operational needs of the golf course.
