The Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis seeks to expand its talented team by hiring a Server Assistant. This role is integral in supporting the food service team to deliver high-quality dining experiences to guests. The Server Assistant will assist servers by preparing dining settings, serving beverages and food, and attending promptly to guest requests with professionalism and genuine care. Job Duties
- Stock linen, china, silver and glassware for service ensuring that all are polished and in good condition
- Greet guests in a professional manner, serve beverage and food items while explaining the contents, and anticipate and service the guest’s needs before requests are necessary
- Prepare condiment and garnish items
- Assist with guest service including retrieving food from the kitchen using a tray and safely transporting it to guests, as well as removal of items from the guest’s table
- Break down, clean and set up tables, buffets, and food stations
- Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
