The Springs at Greer Gardens is currently hiring a Full-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our community. This role is essential in providing a positive first and last impression for residents, families, vendors, and staff who enter our facility. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal and administrative skills to effectively manage the front desk. Responsibilities include greeting visitors warmly, responding to inquiries confidently, managing multi-line phone systems, and supporting the administrative team with various clerical duties. This position offers competitive wages starting at $16.00 per hour, with room for growth within the organization. The role requires weekend availability and flexibility to work some holidays, reflecting the community’s commitment to continuous support and safety for its residents. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1-year experience in receptionist or concierge role
- ability to pass drug test and criminal background check
- weekend availability required
- flexibility to work some holidays
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in basic computer applications
- ability to maintain composure under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Professional administrative experience such as receptionist, front desk, or concierge roles
- experience answering and directing multi-line phone calls
- strong data entry and basic computer skills
- ability to assist with administrative tasks and special projects
- experience working in senior living communities preferred
- ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- proficiency with Excel and Word
- minimum of 1-year experience as receptionist or concierge
Job Duties
- Warmly greet visitors
- answer inquiries from residents, families, vendors, and staff
- communicate effectively in person, by phone, and via email
- support administration with clerical tasks and special projects
- ensure safety and security of the building and residents
- manage multi-line phone calls
- assist business office manager and other departments as needed
