As a Receptionist at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will act as the initial point of contact for residents, family members, vendors, and guests entering the community. In this role, you are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by managing phone systems efficiently, welcoming visitors warmly, and supporting various administrative duties. Your contribution is essential in maintaining a welcoming, safe, and organized atmosphere that reflects the community's high standards. Key responsibilities include managing inquiries with empathy and confidentiality, coordinating package distribution, collaborating with multiple departments, and monitoring community access through kiosk sign-in procedures. Additionally, you will assist the Concierge in managing resident transportation, event RSVPs, and guest meal reservations.

Job Duties

  • Greet residents, visitors and staff warmly
  • Manage and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally
  • Address inquiries and requests promptly, reliably and confidentially with empathy and dignity
  • Log and coordinate distribution of packages as appropriate
  • Collaborate with various departments to promote effective communication
  • Monitor community access by ensuring proper use of the kiosk sign-in process and respond to emergency situations according to company policy and procedure
  • Assist the Concierge with maintaining the resident transportation schedule and managing event RSVPs and guest meal reservations
