The Pool Server position at Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara is a part-time role designed for individuals passionate about delivering top-tier food and beverage service in a luxurious poolside setting. As a Pool Server, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting and comfortable environment for guests and owners, ensuring every interaction contributes to an extraordinary experience. The role involves setting up and maintaining pool seating areas, efficiently taking and serving food and beverage orders, and being knowledgeable about menu items to provide vivid and engaging descriptions for guests.

In addition to service duties, Pool Servers assist with logistical tasks such as towel and amenity delivery, restocking supplies, and ensuring the pool deck is clean and orderly. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong presentation, and the ability to respond promptly to any emergencies or safety concerns, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all. The role requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and mandates a valid California Driver’s License for driving company vehicles. All team members must hold a San Diego County Food Handlers card and a Responsible Beverage Service certification.

Four Seasons offers competitive wages for this position, with a base rate of $20.00 per hour during January, February, October, November, and December, and a base rate of $17.60 per hour from April 1 through September 28.
