We are inviting applications for the role of On-Call House Attendant, a vital position within our housekeeping team. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping or related experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours on an on-call basis
- physical ability to perform housekeeping duties
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to comply with Four Seasons’ standards and policies
- ability to work harmoniously with team members and supervisors
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas
- restock and organize supplies such as linens and toiletries
- respond to guest requests for additional amenities or services
- report any maintenance or housekeeping issues to appropriate staff
- follow established cleaning and safety procedures
- maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests and colleagues
- adhere to established schedules and work in a timely manner
- assist with laundry and other housekeeping tasks as needed
- comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
- work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
