The Housekeeper role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our community. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that assigned areas, including residents' apartments and common spaces, are maintained in a clean, sanitary, safe, orderly, and attractive manner following established procedures and supervisory direction. This position plays an essential part in upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation, which are crucial for the health and well-being of our residents and staff. Your day-to-day activities will center on a broad range of cleaning services that contribute to a welcoming and comfortable environment for everyone.

In this role, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service to both internal team members and external residents, ensuring a warm and responsive approach in all interactions. You will follow specific cleaning schedules and instructions, adhering closely to company policies related to infection control, food-borne illness prevention, chemical handling, fire and safety regulations, and sanitation standards. Your vigilance in reporting any safety hazards or maintenance issues by submitting work orders will contribute to the smooth operation and safety of the community.
