Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of one year housekeeping experience
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high volume operation
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, nights and days
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning duties

Job Qualifications

  • Reading, written and oral proficiency in the English language
  • Minimum of one year housekeeping experience, preferably in a luxury hotel
  • Ability to cope with stress and work in a high volume operation
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • High school education or equivalent experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Removes dirty towels and sheets and replaces them with clean linen
  • Cleans, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the guest room including bedroom, living room, dining room, and bathroom
  • Vacuums carpet and cleans marble and tile areas
  • Removes room service trays, dishes, and carts to service landings
  • Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, and pen
  • Maintains cleanliness in all guestroom areas according to Four Seasons standards
  • Coordinates with housekeeping team to ensure timely room readiness
