We are currently seeking an On-Call Guestroom Attendant to join our talented and passionate team at the Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with the world's leading luxury hotel company and contribute directly to the high standards of guest service that Four Seasons is known for. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms by performing a variety of housekeeping duties. This role requires someone with a strong work ethic, a flexible schedule, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
The On-Call Guestroom Attendant plays a critical role in enhancing guest satisfaction by ensuring that all rooms are impeccably cleaned, properly stocked with amenities, and prepared to meet or exceed guest expectations. Duties include removing used towels and linens, sanitizing all areas within the guest rooms including bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, and bathrooms, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning marble and tile surfaces. Additionally, the attendant is responsible for collecting room service trays, dishes, and carts from service landings and restocking essential guest supplies such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, and pens.
Applicants should be comfortable managing stress effectively, prioritizing tasks, and multitasking in a dynamic work environment. Experience in housekeeping, particularly in luxury hotels, is preferred to ensure familiarity with the standards required in such a setting. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required to communicate effectively with guests and team members. A flexible approach to scheduling is essential, as hours may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. While a high school education or equivalent is preferred, relevant housekeeping experience may also be considered.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of housekeeping experience
- Ability to work in a high volume operation
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reading, written, and oral proficiency in English
- High school education or equivalent experience
