As a Banquet Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring memorable dining experiences for guests attending a variety of events and functions hosted within the casino's banquet facilities. Your responsibilities will include setting up banquet rooms according to detailed catering specifications, ensuring tables are properly dressed with linens, dishes, silverware, and glassware. Additionally, you will greet guests warmly, attend to their food and beverage needs efficiently using hand-held trays or buffet carts, and set up necessary condiments to facilitate smooth service.
The role also involves diligent care and maintenance of the banquet area, including breaking down the banquet room after functions, removing soiled items, and transporting them to the dishwashing area. - ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Set up banquet room in accordance with catering specification sheet including table linens, dishes, silverware, and glassware
- greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner
- serve food and beverage items to guests using hand-held trays and/or buffet carts
- prepare and set up condiments
- break down banquet room upon completion of function
- remove soiled dishes, glassware, and silverware and transport to dishwashing area
