- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in banquets, catering, or food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to lift and carry trays
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide attentive and professional service throughout each event
- Set up, service, and break down function spaces according to event orders
- Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and planning teams to ensure successful event execution
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after service
- Represent the Alila and Hyatt brand standards at all times
- Assist with banquet preparation, linen and table setting, and food station design
- Perform room refreshes and maintain a sanitary environment
